The programme has 6 stages

Week 1-2: Peer review and critical analysis
Week 3-4: Short commentary and opinion peace
Week 5-6: Publishing and storytelling
Week 7-9: Results and figure making
Week 10: Discussion
Week 11: Revision
Requirements
The applicant must be an early career researcher - PhD degree awarded no more than 4 years prior to February 2024.
The applicant must have substantial publishable results.
The project must be related to biology and/or medicine.
Optional topics: clinical practice, translational medicine, medical and health advances, public health, global health, policy, or general topics of interest to the biomedical and sociomedical professional communities
Submit an abstract for the application.
Present the project you like to publish in a 3-minute oral presentation in addition to 2 minutes Q/A.

Expectations and duties
You are required to participate in the programme from February 5th to April 19th, 2024. The programme consists of weekly online sessions, assignments, and peer-review feedback sessions. The scheduling of these sessions will be determined based on the availability of the participants.
An estimated breakdown of the time commitment for various activities is provided below. Please consider these estimates at the time of application.
Weekly online sessions lasting 1-2 hours
Approximately 10 hours per week to work on your manuscript, ensuring its completion within the duration of the programme.
At least two peer reviews of fellow participants’ manuscripts.
